The Challenge

Eyeglass World launched the “No Problem Guarantee” to build trust and brand loyalty among higher-end customers who prefer designer frames like Ray-Ban, Nike, and Michael Kors. The offer: two pairs of glasses for $95, backed by a full year of no-hassle support, including free exchanges for lost, broken, or disliked frames.

While the value proposition was strong, the campaign required alignment from multiple senior stakeholders, each with different ideas and creative preferences. Navigating those competing opinions made it challenging to land on a unified direction that satisfied all parties. Visually, the campaign needed to feel elevated yet accessible, striking a balance between premium appeal and promotional clarity.

My Role

I led the visual development and execution of the campaign across print and digital platforms. This included collaborating directly with copywriters, marketing leads, and production teams to deliver cohesive, brand-aligned assets. I also supported and mentored our junior designer throughout the project, providing guidance, feedback, and hands-on assistance to ensure consistency and maintain design quality across all deliverables.

The Process

The campaign began with multiple stakeholder meetings to align on messaging, tone, and overall direction. With input coming from senior leadership, marketing, and merchandising, I developed several visual concepts to help guide early discussions and surface a direction that could satisfy all parties.

Once the final concept was approved, I built out a modular layout system that could be adapted across various print and digital touchpoints—from lens mats and counter cards to paid social and web banners. I coordinated closely with print vendors to ensure technical accuracy and production-readiness across formats and finishes.

Throughout the process, I collaborated with copywriters to fine-tune messaging for clarity and impact, and I partnered with our junior designer—reviewing files, offering design feedback, and supporting them through asset execution.

The Solution

To bring the “No Problem Guarantee” to life, I designed a full suite of integrated campaign assets that clearly communicated the offer while elevating the visual tone to resonate with our style-conscious audience. The design system featured bold typography, strong brand visuals, and lifestyle imagery that felt modern, trustworthy, and approachable.

Results:

  • Successfully launched across all Eyeglass World retail locations nationwide

  • Reinforced trust and value for customers considering premium eyewear purchases

  • Stakeholder-approved final direction after multiple rounds of iteration and alignment

  • Developed a reusable campaign structure that marketing could repurpose for future seasonal promotions

Social & Digital Campaign Assets

Brought the “No Problem Guarantee” online with targeted digital ads, animated social content, and promotional emails—driving engagement and reinforcing the brand promise across platforms.

  • Equipped sales teams and store associates with clear, visually engaging materials that simplified the “No Problem Guarantee” offer and boosted customer understanding at point-of-sale.

  • Delivered print and digital assets that required minimal revisions from legal and brand teams—accelerating approvals and shortening time-to-launch across all campaign channels.

To support the campaign launch and ensure brand consistency, I created ready-to-use email and document templates that streamlined internal updates and cross-team coordination.

What I Learned

This project deepened my ability to navigate creative direction within a highly collaborative, multi-stakeholder environment. It reinforced the importance of building flexible systems that serve both marketing goals and production needs—while still delivering a visually strong, audience-relevant campaign. I also gained valuable experience mentoring junior design talent and creating space for collaboration under tight deadlines.
