The Challenge
Each brand served a distinct audience:
-
Education.com focused on vibrant, printable worksheets for parents and teachers.
-
IXL Learning required clean, workbook-style content with a strong focus on readability and academic rigor.
My challenge was to design assets that were both educational and engaging, while remaining on-brand and meeting strict curriculum alignment.
My Role
-
Designed over 200+ worksheets and workbook pages for subjects including math, ELA, science, and social studies
-
Adapted illustrations, icons, and layout systems for various reading levels and grade groups
-
Collaborated with curriculum developers, writers, and editors to meet tight deadlines across multiple product lines
The Process
I collaborated with curriculum developers to understand lesson objectives and age-specific learning needs. Using InDesign and Illustrator, I built clean, content-first layouts that could be easily adapted across subjects and grade levels. I also refined design templates to streamline revisions and ensure consistent delivery across large batches of worksheets and interactive workbooks.

The Solution
For Education.com, I created playful, themed worksheets that balanced illustration and learning.
For IXL, I maintained a clean, minimalist design system optimized for focus and comprehension across multiple grade levels.
Both approaches prioritized usability—whether being printed at home or used in a structured classroom environment.
